Bark House San Diego is the place your dog will love to play, socialize, and sleep. We believe the best environment for pups is a balance of structure and playtime. Every dog that visits The Bark House gets the personal attention they need and deserve.
Services include daily pack walks with free pick up and drop off at the location of the owner’s choice.
Rather than leaving your dog alone at home while you’re at work, join the Bark House pack where your best fur friend can enjoy company and some of that beautiful San Diego weather.
This is NOT a house where we simply allow the dogs to have full freedom without any rules or boundaries and have them interact without any knowledge of proper canine behavior and respect.
This is also NOT a warehouse-style facility where dogs are merely thrown together in a “cageless” environment to fend for themselves. We are comfortable with all breeds, sizes, and dispositions – from overly needy, loving dogs to red-zone aggressive canines, we know how to properly care for YOUR uniquely special dog.
We live, eat, and sleep dogs here at The Bark House, and your canine’s care here will be second best to NONE. We are passionate for what we do and take immense pride in our work.

Required Vaccinations
It is imperative that all dogs entering The Bark House are up to date on all vaccines, including any and all puppy boosters and deworming.
These vaccines include Distemper/Parvovirus (DAPP), Kennel Cough (Bordetella) and Rabies for all dogs over 4 months old. Please be prepared to provide proof of vaccination. We accept emailed or scanned vaccine records as an effort to keep paper usage at a minimum. While we understand that the idea of vaccinating can be controversial among pet owners, those that require our services must adhere to the vaccination requirements to ensure the safety of every dog we have the pleasure of having at The Bark House.

Daycare
Offered Monday through Friday at $35 per day. The Bark House puts a heavy emphasis on structure and proper socialization. The dogs get tons of exercise in a monitored and balanced environment, so when your dog gets home, he/she is happy and fulfilled. The Pack Walks are a great way to socialize in a controlled environment. Some of the locations we take our Pack Walks include: Lake Poway, Rancho Penasquitos Canyon Preserve, Del Mar dog beach and many more.
Pack Walks/Hikes are included
Pick-up and Drop-off at owner’s specified location (e.g. home, office, etc.)
Drop-off hours fluctuate depending on pack size and weather – communication is key. Pick up is available but most be scheduled.

Boarding is reserved for our Campers and existing clients. We are currently NOT taking new Boarding Clients.
We ask our clients to provide their dog's with their food of choice upon boarding. We feel it's imperative to maintain each dogs individual diet and most importantly to avoid upset stomachs. Proof of current vaccinations required for the stay.

Pack Walk
Pack Walks help build balance with in the pack.
Social Hour
Every dog gets plenty of social time with other campers in a balance and supervised setting.
Play Time
Great way to burn off some of that extra energy while play with their buddies.
