It is imperative that all dogs entering The Bark House are up to date on all vaccines, including any and all puppy boosters and deworming.
These vaccines include Distemper/Parvovirus (DAPP), Kennel Cough (Bordetella) and Rabies for all dogs over 4 months old. Please be prepared to provide proof of vaccination. We accept emailed or scanned vaccine records as an effort to keep paper usage at a minimum. While we understand that the idea of vaccinating can be controversial among pet owners, those that require our services must adhere to the vaccination requirements to ensure the safety of every dog we have the pleasure of having at The Bark House.
Our rates reflect the amount of work, care, and individual attention that your furry loved one will receive at a very competitive rate. While there are many other facilities around San Diego that offer similar services, we are confident that what sets us apart is the quality of individual attention and genuine care we provide and know is necessary to make your pet feel completely comfortable in his or her surroundings.
This is NOT a house where we simply allow the dogs to have full freedom without any rules or boundaries and have them interact without any knowledge of proper canine behavior and respect.
This is also NOT a warehouse-style facility where dogs are merely thrown together in a “cageless” environment to fend for themselves. We are comfortable with all breeds, sizes, and dispositions – from overly needy, loving dogs to red-zone aggressive canines, we know how to properly care for YOUR uniquely special dog.
We live, eat, and sleep dogs here at The Bark House, and your canine’s care here will be second best to NONE. We are passionate for what we do and take immense pride in our work.
The Bark House is a licensed and insured business and we strive to provide the best possible service in all of San Diego.
